Red & white wines and port are matched with six cheeses from the Wijngaard collection – Reypenaer one year, Reypenaer VSOP and Reypenaer XO (naturally aged gouda cheeses) as well as two types of goats cheese (Chèvre Gris and Chèvre Affiné) and Wyngaard Affineurs.
The Expert Class - € 17.50 per person
Taste six cheeses with three liqueurs from Bols. Cheeses are matched with for example - Chèvre Affine with BOLS Lychee Dutch Liqueur or a Chèvre Gris with BOLS Butterscotch Schnapps or Reypenaer one year with BOLS Vanilla Liqueur.
The Special Class– € 20 per person
Connoisseur Class as above plus Reypenaer Cheese (a one year naturally matured gouda with exceptional flavour) to take home.
