Nilsen Cadeau & Zo specialises in quality gifts and home accessories. A Scandinavian theme permeates the shop, which brims with natural products from artisan producers, selected for their quality and originality. From luxurious soaps to Swedish bath linens, there is plenty at Nilsen to pamper the senses.

Nilsen’s speciality is handmade soap and the store comes complete with its own atelier in the basement, where you can watch the soaps being made through a glass window in the floor! Speciality soaps available include hand made Acca Kappa from Italy, donkey's milk soap and Aleppo soap.

Beauty products abound, with 100% natural body sprays, linen sprays and scents from Jimmy Boyd, massage oils and body creams from Mediterranean Spa, Angel Spa and Impact Zero (all organic materials) and lots of bath salts, sugar scrubs, salt scrubs, body lotions, body butters and exfoliators, scented candles and oils.

Nilsen stocks exclusive luxurious Dutch bathrobes and towels from Knit-Tet and beautifully made bath linens from Swedish brand Axlings.

For children, discover Maileg soft toys and comfort blankets for new born babies in 100% pure felted lambswool. For toddlers, Jamie Rae hats from USA, ballet pumps and tutu sets for little girls, Mary Jones shoes and very cute little black ‘biker’ booties for little boys. 

For men, there are handmade Italian shaving sets and luxurious male beauty products from Acca Kappa among others – and lots of moisturisers, shaving creams and after shave lotions.

Wash bags galore from Les Cakes des Bertrand, Margo Selby (UK) and Aspergen (Denmark). Eye catching ceramics, such as soap dishes handmade in South Africa in vibrant colours and elegantly decorative ceramics from Sweden.  Nilsen is the second store from Scandinavian owner Turid Nilsen, who also runs the acclaimed La Savonnerie in Amsterdam’s Nine Streets district.
