Painting courses and workshops: Experience painting in the landmark painting atelier of Daniella Rubinovitz. Atelier Molenpad has been an intuitive painting studio for over 36 years. All courses at Atelier Molenpad Increase artistic confidence through movement and expression, making contact with your creativity and transforming your life while having fun! Both in figurative and abstract painting, self expression is emphasized. Workshops and Courses are suitable for beginners and advanced students.

Workshops: Day workshops serve as a good possibility to make a choice between the year courses that are offered at Atelier Werkplaats Molenpad.

• 13 October 2011 (Thursday): Connect your voice with visual expression 7:00pm-10:00pm

In this painting workshop, the theme is discovering how our voice can be combined with drawing and painting. Through fun and creative exploration, we can discover our unique being through breath, voice and art.

• 20th November 2011 (Sunday): Full day of intuitive painting 10:00-5:00pm

Discover inner images through a playful usage of clay or charcoal and paint. Left and right handed drawing along with body movement will be combined.

Courses: Each course meets 3 hours once a week for the duration of 7 months. Classes start on September 26th, 2011 and run until April 26th, 2012

• Mondays 2:00-5:00pm: Structured intuitive / expressive art.

Be guided through direct creative expression techniques. Get back to the foundation of intuition through breathing and balancing left and right side of the brain. Discover the interaction of light and darkness through color, lines and forms while enjoying movement.

• Mondays 7:30-10:30pm: Personal intuitive / expression Atelier

Work at your own pace to discover freedom of life through art. Explore light and darkness to as an interaction of colors for your own enjoyment. Guidance and feedback is given on an individual basis allowing participants to work at their own rhythm and discover personal themes.

• Tuesday 10:00-1:00pm Atelier for expressive art (Free structure drawing / painting).

Directions to Molenpad 17D: Tram 1, 2 or 5 to Prinsengracht and Leidsegracht. Walk 3 blocks west along the north side of the canal (same direction as traffic). The Atelier is located on the 2nd floor of the large school building which is on the corner of Prinsengracht and Molenpad at Molenpad 17d. Use the third buzzer on outside of building. Then you can walk up to the second floor. The Atelier is the yellow door on the far left.
