Produced exclusively from the Pedro Ximénez (PX) grapes in Andalucia, Pedro Ximenez sherry is a complex, very sweet, luscious dessert wine with an amazing taste. Small quantities of sun dried Pedro Ximenez grapes are used in the production of this stunning sherry, resulting in a wine that resembles black syrup but possesses an extraordinary depth of flavour. Simply adored by wine connoisseurs all over the world.
At Van Harte, you can order Don PX and indeed other excellent sherries by the glass. Enjoy it as a drink on its own, as many do, or after dinner with chocolate or cheese!
