Artwear Jordaan is a boutique cum atelier showcasing exquisite jewelry, clothing, hats, scarves, accessories and gifts. Each item in this beautifully presented store is hand crafted to the highest quality and made by artisan designers.

Jewelry designer Jan Major developed the concept for Artwear Jordaan by bringing together talented independent designers to produce high quality, hand made, original fashion, jewelry and accessories. Each designer is a specialist in her craft. As a result, every item in the store is uniquely one-of-a-kind.

The in-store collection includes striking jackets in felt and silks, semi-precious stone jewellery in vibrant colours, scarves, hats in original design of felt, wool & silk, handbags, purses, beautifully ornate slippers, select baby gifts (e.g. very cute little jackets & baby booties)  as well as many surprises best discovered by visiting the  store. With prices ranging from €5 to €500, there is something for everyone at Artwear Jordaan.

The current designers include store owner and jewelry designer Jan Major; hat designer Cathrien Sturm; Phylène Lemans specialist in felt (hats, bags, scarves and clothing); Nancy Lyn for hand knitted knitwear and silk scarf designer Dorie van Dijk.

Bespoke Service - A bespoke service is available upon request for jewelry, clothing and accessories. As well as custom making individual pieces, it is also possible for the designers to work together to create an entire bespoke look. Contact us for details…

Art Jordaan is charmingly located on the Brouwersgracht, widely acknowledged as one of the most beautiful canals in the Jordaan.
